$0.02 mail sites
Here is a list of PTR sites that pay from $0.02 to $0.05 per ad viewed. Most require you to be from an English speaking country to receive mails to read.(US,UK,CA,AU)
$5 Sign up bonus at DealsnCash. Ads are worth $0.02 to $0.05. This is the highest paying per click site I know of and I've made $30.00 here so far.
Mostly 2 cent ads at Hits4pay also. 2 levels of referral earning.
2 cent emails at Inbox Dollars. No timer for reading emails makes earning quick here.

Donkeymails is the first PTC site I joined and it is a pretty reliable site that has been around a long time.
No Minimum is partially owned by the same owner as Donkeymails and has also been around for a long time.
